Former President of the Libourne Bar Association, his experience is a valuable asset for our firm and allows the development of appropriate procedural strategies.
Having very quickly understood that a negotiated agreement was better than a long trial, Pierre started mediation before it became a "method of alternative dispute resolution" put forward to overcome the dysfunctions of our judicial system. Pierre a fait de la médiation avant qu’elle ne devienne « un mode de règlement alternatif des litiges » mis en avant pour pallier aux dysfonctionnements de notre système judiciaire.
Pierre's practice focuses on bankruptcy, commercial law and family law. He also practices in the areas of civil liability law and contract law.
Marc Fribourg

He was sworn in in 1994. Registered at the Bordeaux Bar, he taught at the lawyers' school of Bordeaux
He was trained in private international law by Richard MARTIN-CHICO, with whom he has conducted several international cases in the field of aviation law alongside the families of air crash victims.
He practices in the fields of corporate law, inheritance law and construction law, and regularly appears before the French Rugby Federation's committees.

Anne-Sophie Decoux

She holds a Master's degree in private law and joined the firm in 2013 under a CIFRE agreement (Convention Industrielle de Formation par la Recherche).
She was a lecturer in family law and vulnerable persons, contract law and civil liability law at the University of BORDEAUX.
She is particularly involved in personal and family law (divorce, liquidation of marital property and inheritance law), construction law and bankruptcy law.
Her academic activities and her taste for legal research allow her to examine in depth all the issues that are submitted to the firm.
Anne-Sophie is a partner since February 2021.
She speaks French and English.
Olivier DUBOS

Associate Professor of Public Law, Administrative Law and Community and European Law at the University of Bordeaux Montaigne, Olivier DUBOS is a major specialist in European Union law and is particularly interested in all European litigation, both national, transnational and supranational.
The help of Professor DUBOS is invaluable in developing legal and judicial strategies in all cases concerning Union litigation that may arise from the articulation of national laws with European texts, but also in all cases concerning international law, European litigation, national, transnational or supranational.
Richard MARTIN-CHICO
Consultant
Richard is an honorary member of the Bordeaux Bar association in France and a member of the Madrid Bar association. Founder of the law firm MARTIN-CHICO & ASSOCIATES, where he designed and directed during 30 years the legal and judicial strategies to defend the interests of the families of victims of air accidents, he left this firm at the end of 2010.
He has taught Comparative International Private Law in Bordeaux. He has a recognized competence in "complex-litigation", acquired through the study of the laws of each country involved in air accidents in which he has represented the interests of the victims.
An excellent connoisseur of International Conventions relating to private law, and a tireless researcher, the legal proceedings he has conducted, mainly in the interest of the victims of air disasters, have given rise to several precedents, both from the point of view of domestic law and international law.
