Fees

The "Macron law" of August 6, 2015 made it mandatory to establish an agreement between lawyers and their clients, in order to determine the amount of fees that will be charged for each case, or the modalities of their calculation.

We practice a rate of 300 euros (excluding VAT) per hour, but a fixed fee can be agreed upon at the opening of the case depending on the estimated number of hours.

In addition, in certain cases, a fee may be agreed upon, part of which depends on the result obtained.

Travel expenses are charged at 1€ per kilometer and accommodation expenses are charged on the basis of receipts.

Train expenses are charged on the basis of the 2nd class fare for any journey of less than 2 hours 30 minutes.

Air travel are charged at the economy rate for all journeys of less than 4 hours.

Opening and archiving costs are invoiced at 150 euros (excl. VAT) for each of these stages.
